Refunds
Beverly’s Essence is not accepting returns at this time. However, we will strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We want to provide you with the best experience possible.

If you received the wrong item or item was damaged in transit, please email a photo to us within 48 hours of delivering. Include order number and tracking number in your email to us.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be processed for broken or incorrect items.  

To exchange a broken item or wrong item, the original must be returned to us unused and in original packaging. 

 

 

 Shipping returns

Be advised that any new shipping labels will be purchased by you the customer.
